Our family has loved this home for the last 3 years.  We expected to be here for quite a while and made lots of updates that you will enjoy! This includes both 3/4” hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout the first floor.  The fully finished basement adds an extra bedroom and a 350 sq. ft. bonus room with a walk-out exterior entrance. We also recently remodeled our deck, expanding it to over 450 sq. ft. It has become our favorite place to relax under our shady oak trees! Finally, we have a large working garden  that is ready for fall planting and includes mature asparagus crowns for spring 2009!

We often enjoy the 2 mile walk/bike to Bowie Nature Park - an amazing playground attached to 722 acres of forest, lakes, and trails. We also found ourselves getting in shape and splashing around the pool at the Fairview Rec Center (5 miles). And for those rainy days, we would run to our local library (2 miles) for a good read. Also, with fall coming you will enjoy movies in front of the wood burning fireplace -- accompanied by about a year’s worth of chopped, dry oak for your enjoyment! Finally, to make time to enjoy all these amenities we are also including our lawn tractor which should simplify your yard chores immensely.
